What is the UDID?

Every device has a unique identifier number, known as a UDID (Unique Device ID). Your UDID is a 40-digit sequence of letters and numbers. It's like a serial number but much harder to guess. It will look something like this: 2b6f0cc904d137be2e1730235f5664094b831186

How to retrieve your UDID?

Open iTunes. Connect your iOS device to your computer. Select it from the left menu under Devices. Click on the device serial number to reveal its UDID. ⌘+C will copy it to the clipboard. See whatsmyudid.com for detailed instructions. To register your UDID, you need to create an account, click here or you can buy without account here
